- We provide complimentary delivery for orders above $50 within the hours of 10:00 am - 6:00 pm in Singapore. For remote areas such as Sentosa, Tuas, or the airport, please arrange Grab delivery. - Specific delivery times are not available with free delivery. Free delivery applies exclusively to standard bouquets, excluding products like surprise boxes, balloons, balloon decorations, and large opening flower stands.
2. Is self-collection available?
- Yes, self-collection is available from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. - Please notify us on WhatsApp in advance, and let us know when you’re on your way.
3. Can I specify a delivery time?
- Yes, for an additional $10 fee, we can deliver within 3-hour time window.
4. Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
- Each arrangement is customized, and while we strive to closely match the photo, slight variations will occur as each bouquet is handmade, and materials may differ. Photos are often edited, so we aim for similarity rather than an exact replica.
5. Can you provide a photo of my bouquet?
- We will make an effort to send a photo before delivery; however, this cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods. We kindly request that you refrain from requesting photos at specific times; we’ll share one if possible prior to delivery.

- Our preserved flowers can last 2-3 years if kept in a dry, shaded place. Please avoid water and direct sunlight.

- Preserved flowers are real flowers that have been specially treated to maintain their fresh appearance for 2-3 years. Also known as ``everlasting flowers,`` they require no water or sunlight.
8. Are soap flowers real or artificial?
- Soap flowers are crafted entirely from soap ingredients and have a subtle fragrance. They are artificial and, when kept in a dry place, can last 2-3 years. Soap flowers come in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes, enabling intricate arrangements.
9. How long do fresh flowers last?
- Fresh flowers generally last 7-14 days, depending on care. In Singapore’s warm climate, they will last longer if kept in an air-conditioned room and out of direct sunlight. For floral foam arrangements, transferring them to a water-filled vase will help extend their lifespan.
10. How long do helium balloons last?
- Large helium balloons can last approximately 12-24 hours, while standard helium balloons typically last over 6 hours. Longevity is influenced by the environment, with indoor air conditioning helping them last longer than outdoor exposure.
